Company Tax Returns 2010
Please note, if you were not registered with a tax agent prior to 31st October 2010
or you have tax returns from prior years outstanding, your tax return will be due
on 31st October 2010 (or 28th February 2011 for companies).
March 15th 2011
This date applies if the company had either a taxable income in the 2009 financial year
or is lodging its first tax return.
June 5th 2011
This date applies if the was either non-taxable or received a tax refund in 2009 and
expects to do the same in 2010.
